You remain counsel of record and maintain the attorney-client relationship. Honorly supports the administrative side: document gathering, family follow-up, institution calls, and organization. Your time stays focused on legal questions, filings, and strategy.
Honorly provides administrative support and general information only. We do not give legal advice, set legal strategy, interpret legal rights, or file documents on behalf of a family. Any legal document, filing, or legal recommendation comes from the attorney.
Nothing to join. You take each matter for a flat fee, agreed up front before any work begins.
Honorly is built for standard, uncontested estate administration. If a dispute arises, that falls outside the standard Honorly engagement. The client may choose to pursue a separate legal engagement or retain outside counsel.
We treat client information as highly sensitive. Information is stored securely and shared only with the people needed to support the matter.
